Our Covid Guarantee

We are not in the business of profiting from other people’s misfortune. This means that should you miss out on the ride for anything related to COVID, then we will refund all monies that you have sent to us already, including the deposit. There is no time limit, so if you test positive on your PCR or RAT test the day before your flight, then just get in touch and we will initiate the refund minus bank charges. If you are still worried, then we suggest that you tell us before the ride that you plan to pay us with your credit card or with cash, once you are in Vietnam. That way we only need to return your deposit.
